Using Forms

I am trying to create an application form that users can submit on-line to my email account. I have no troubles creating the actual form for gathering the data, but I am struggling to get the information submitted send in a printable format to my email. Please Help!

What did you use to build the form? Any form-builder or did you write the code by yourself?

If you used a form-builder there surely is such an option somewhere.

found this site to be extremely helpful. i've used to to create a contact page for my website.

you can set it up to have any completed forms to be sent to your email. i don't code, so this was an awesome find.
