Hi,

I have been using Iweb for several years. I know that if a hyperlink doesn't work in the published site, I need to make sure the text box or image that contains the hyperlink is moved "to front", and that nothing else is blocking it. I have tried this 5 times in as many different ways as I can think of. All my other pages work, just not this page:

www.johndoing.com/calendar.html

Please help if you can!

Thanks,
John

PS: all the photos should be hyperlinks, and all the hyperlinks work perfectly within the Iweb program

When links don't work it usually is because there's something in front of them (TextBox, Shape, Image, ...) in your case it looks like it is the stroke you put around the page. It seems to be lay over the entire page making it impossible to interact.

Hence either delete the stroke, send it to the back by ctrl+click send to back or bring to front the TextBox containing the pictures and links by ctrl+click Bring to Front.

Regards,
Cédric

I have a similar issue. I tried to move the icons forward and the hyperlinks still don't work when I publish to file or on the net. For the life of me I can't find anything that could be interfering with the link.

It only happens on my "photo folders" page....could this have something to do with it? The issue is only with the links near the photos - so I tried moving the photos to the top of the page...and the problem still existed with the original linked icons which are at the bottom of the page.

Any ideas?

...I was thinking logically and assumed that the only common "thing" near the dysfunctional links was a line I have inserted...so I removed the line and ...BINGO...the links work. The heck if I know why?

Cheers
