Dashcode and iWeb

Ok my site is up and works fine, I created a web app for it that works on the iphone simulator fine also, for the life of me I can't figure out where to upload the app so that it can be seen differently when looking on an iphone- ipod touch. The support site of apple just says upload to the main folder but I am sure they didn't have iWeb in mine when they said that, where does the apps go, I have been trying for atleast 30 days, and no one knows. HELP
