On all iWeb themes there is an appropriate TextBox for the heading:

And there usually is a TextBox for the Main text too:

If there isn't a TextBox for the main text add one.
You get those little yellow text boxes indicating the purpose of a TextBox by moving the mouse pointer over the TextBox (yellow text boxes are called tooltips and are there to help you).
The URL is defined by the sitename (top-left in iWeb) and the pagename (left sided navbar where all pages are listed)
If you deleted the heading textbox you have to rebuild the page, there is no way to add a heading textbox to a page where the orginal one has been deleted. You also need to add a textbox for the content (main text, eg. "Handmade makeup brushes for makeup artists and makeup lovers. Made in England") and make sure it is not turned into an image (there's a note about that at the bottom of my Google FAQ).
