Hello
I can't find the instructions for what I want, so I think I must not know what it's called.

I have a photo at my site of a group of people.
I want something like a tool tip - so that when you hover over each face, a pop-up comes up identifying who is in the photo.

I do not need it to link to another page about the person; I just want the identifying info to appear.

There's an application made by Rage to do what you want

Example:

I currently don't know any other way to achieve that sorry.
