Hi jjdelta,
Unfortunately I don't have a solution for that one. I guess about 30% of the people whom subscribed to my newsletter aren't getting it because it goes into spam... Only a guess as I don't see who's reading it and who doesn't... Some people reply to each newsletter and say thank you for the tips... Most don't...
Usually spam filters don't delete the e-mails by their own (as far as I know but maybe I'm wrong) they just go into the spam folder of the e-mail account...
Thus it would be a good idea if you have people adding the e-mail address from which you send out the newsletter (to me it would be
newsletter@iwebfaq.org) to their address book of the e-mail account...
If they do it the e-mail shouldn't go to the spam folder as the mail account knows "Added to the address book means it's not spam". However I don't know any recipe against that sorry...
I once sent the newsletter to one of my own e-mail addresses and got notified that it was deleted because the spam filter thought it was spam... That happened only once and only with that address... Not with any other of my 100 subscribers... Of course sometimes you get a mail notifying that the address couldn't be reached because it is invalid... (nothing to do with spamming)
Regards,
Cédric
