Re: SWF - There are a few things I don't understand: What is the " classid=" and how is the following "clsid:" generated. Also, "cab#version=." I'm assuming this refers to the FP version, but how do I determine which to specify. I am using an SWF file exported from Keynote.

Hi ML Kallin,

The classid code is standard code each player (Quicktime, Flash, Windows Media) has an own classid and it doesn't change.

cab#version instead (as far as I know) is used to tell people which version to download if they don't have the plugin to play it yet.

You really don't need to understand everything. There's no need to change that. It doesn't matter if you created your file on Keynote or whatever other application can be used to create swf files. It doesn't need to be specified in the code.

Regards,
Cédric
