I would have to try but I don't think there is.

Anyway there's an easy workaround for this using an image editor.

To the image displaying first add a transparent border in an image editor so the image per se doesn't use the full size and on the image displaying on rollover don't add the transparent border. Difference in size would then equal the size of the transparent border.
