Hi, Is it possible to open an external site but with never leaving your own iweb site? I mean, like google do in images search, with a frame on the top.

I don't think so.

The best way is to have the link open in a new window so your site stays behind it which means people will see your website again when closing the other window.

Inspector=>Links=>Link to: External site and check the "Open in a new window" box.
