I exported a calendar from ical to use on my website per your instructions. I did not find the file config.inc-dist.php. I did find config.inc.php. I kept reading and saw instruction to rename config.inc-dist.php to config.inc.php.

I renamed the file config.inc.php to config.inc-dist.php. I did a search inside config.inc.php for the path you listed so that I could change the path but was unable to locate it.

Please help me find out where I have gone wrong.

Thanks

Hi,

since I wrote the tutorial a few months ago phpicalendar was updated.

With the latest version you shouldn't have to change anything.

Just download phpicaledar, upload the phpicalendar folder to your server and put your calendar into the calendars folder.

No need to edit any html code in any of the files.

Regards,
Cédric

I saved the calendar I want to display in the Sites/Sites/phpicalendar/calendar folder. What else do I need to do to get my calendar to show up on the webpage?

Thanks
Leslie

What is the sites/sites/ folder? Are you using MobileMe? If so phpicalendar doesn't work on MobileMe.

You need to upload the phpicalendar folder to the root of your server.
Entering yourdomain.com/phpicalendar/ into your browser should display the calendar.
Then you could either link to it from your website or embed it with an iFrame.
