This may seem like a stupid question but, I am confused on how to write article entries efficiently.

I have a news section in my site. On this page I would like to have a list of my articles with a short summary or description.
The article title should be 'clickable' and directs the user to the full article. Much like this page: http://www.nhl.com/ice/newsindex.htm#?n ... v-nws-main (minus all the extra stuff. Just focus on the way articles can be accessed.)

Is there an easier way to do this than making hundreds of pages each for article? I have researched blogs in iWeb but, I don't know if that is what I am looking for.

You're certainly looking for a blog yes. But whether you use iWeb's blog or WordPress (which allows to organize the articles/entries into categories and tags) is up to you.
