I am searching for any html Upload widget for my Website, beaucause I want to upload files on the ftp server over my Website.
Have you any idea how can I do that?

I currently don't know.

You could create a form either by writing the code yourself or by using a third party service like Wufoo for people to share files with you.

Otherwise you could use a third party service like this one:
http://www.sendthisfile.com/
they provide you with a code to add to your website for people to share files.

If you're a MobileMe user you could have people uploading pictures and videos to a MobileMe Gallery or to your MobileMe Public folder.
