Facebook Like Locker in iWeb

I want to know how to install the "facebook like locker" in iWeb. Here is the program: http://codecanyon.net/item/facebook-like-locker-for-jquery/2303230

I have uploaded the content you can download as well. There are brief instructions in the "documentation" folder, but I'm unsure how to install it in iWeb.

I currently have exams at school so I don't have the time to answer your question at the present time. I may be able to do so in two weeks when the exams are terminated.

Not working for me. Doesn't display any Facebook Like Button. Used exactly the code provided as the example in the instructions
