Lag time before scrolling text starts

Hi Cedric,
I'm using an HTML snippet to place scrolling testimonials on my top page. I got everything to work right, except there is a seven second delay before the scrolling becomes visible. Any way to shorten the lag time there? Thanks, Rekindagirl

I added a div with margin-top (here in red) so you can control how much of the text should display when the page loads.
