I'm having problems with publishing after a change was made.

Here are the steps I took:

1. Backed up the domain file which incorporated three sites so that I could transfer two sites to a colleague
2. Removed one of the sites (the one I wanted to keep, which is still on my computer) from the backup in order to transfer to a colleage
3. iWeb asked me if I wanted to remove from online as well - I said yes (no other choice besides "cancel")
4. Went to the original domain file on the computer and republished
5. Now everything is wonky. The site looks halfway published in some areas, with directory files listed on the homepage at first. Now the home page looks ok, but other pages are sketchy. All the files on iWeb itself are in tact.

Files are missing on the server. Hence if you're publishing directly from iWeb go to File and choose Publish Entire Site.
