iweb won't open domain

I was working on 3 websites using iMac, I'm not sure which iWeb (06, 08 or 09) I'm using, to check the version, it said version 3.0.4 (601).
I had copied the domain.site2 to a portable harddrive and had plugged it into my new MacBook Air. I had also copied the theme 'Natural' that I bought and used in 1 of the websites.
The problem is the iWeb in the MacBook Air would not open the file after I had clicked it. iWeb just opens with a theme window, when I had chosen the theme, it shows a new site (instead of the website I created). The permission had been changed to allow read & write for everyone on the original file, but when opened on the copied file, Sharing & Permissions: You have custom access.
What gives? Please help.
