Hi,

I've looked around, including your website, in order to find a solution to getting dynamic content on an iWeb website. I understand that with dynamic content, there could be a lot of potential problems. One major one that comes to mind is the fact that the height is fixed, and with dynamic content, it may be long and thus mess things up.

Anyway, I've wanted to use PHP in it by calling a PHP page using html snippets. It doesn't work, surprise surprise... But I remembered the calendar thing, ie how to get ones ical to work. Why is that dynamic content able to work but not PHP? Is that a potential solution for dynamic content integration into iWeb?

I'm referring to:

<iframe src="http://ical.mac.com/WebObjects/iCal.woa/wa/default?u=Username&n=calendarname.ics" width="750" height="1100" frameborder="0"></iframe>

You can't put PHP in iWeb since you can't add PHP in an HTML page. But you can put anything you want in iWeb with an iFrame (also PHP pages).

Cédric
