I have been reading this great site for a year, and it help me so much with my website, and many thanks to Cédric.
2 days ago, I wrote "ttttt" in a textbox in all pages, and want to replace it with google traslate codes.
When I set up MassReplaceIt accordingly, the result is "read error". So there is no "replace all" button to click on.
After I delete the Mask option (leave the Mask option empty), somehow it worked out.
Today, I made a change in a page, published to the folder, and stuck again when using MassReplaceIt. Still the "read error", no matter what I do with the Mask option.
I really appreciate anyone's help here.
Can I leave the Mask option empty, or I have to add criteria like Filename ends with .html?
When the tool replace phrase, does it change the .html files, or .css or others?

you can leave the Mask empty. I only suggest to add .html because that way it makes the process faster since MRI doesn't need to check all files but just .html ones. Anyway leaving the Mask empty doesn't cause any problem. MRI then searches in all files but since I don't think you will find tttt in any css file or other than the html file where you typed it in that's ok.
