It looks good, though there are a few things I would change.

1. The links on RAF and Civilian need to be changed so it doesn't display the URL, and rather displays hyper-linked text.
2. The navigation pictures are a little to grey in color. It would look nicer if they were more colorful.

Thanks for the reply. Good point with the grey image, never really seen this a problem until now. I will look into my hyper link setting but it doesn't seem to cause any harm.
